摘要:为深入了解聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/石墨烯纳米纤维复合膜的微观结构和防水透湿性能,通过静电纺丝技术制备PVDF/石墨烯纳米纤维复合膜。采用电镜扫描、水蒸气透湿仪、静态接触角测试仪和渗水性测试仪对纳米纤维复合膜的微观结构和防水透湿性能进行了表征及测试。结果表明,当石墨烯浓度较低时通过超声波振荡以后能和PVDF纺丝液均匀混合,且石墨烯的添加会使得复合膜的纳米纤维平均直径增大;同时复合膜的孔隙率和透湿性得到提高,其透湿量由纯PVDF膜的2915.92 g/(m2·24 h)提高到4415.37 g/(m2·24 h),其静态接触角和静水压出现下降,接触角由纯PVDF膜的143.5°下降到125.3°,耐水压由纯PVDF膜的23.4 MPa下降到13.7 MPa。 
Abstract:The graphene/PVDF nanofibers composite membranes were prepared by electrospun, the micro-structure and waterproof and breathable properties of composite membranes were studied. Field emission scanning electron microscopy、water vapor permeator, static contact angle tester and water permeability tester were used to characterize composite membranes, and the waterproof and breathable properties were tested to study the effect of grapheme. Results state that when graphene concentration is low, it can be blended evenly with PVDF spinning solution by ultrasonic oscillation, and the addition of graphene increased the average diameter of nanofibers, and the porosity and moisture permeability of the composite membranes were improved. The moisture permeability of pure PVDF membranes increased from 2915.92 g/(m2·24 h) to 4415.37 g/(m2·24 h). Static contact angle and hydrostatic pressure decrease, the contact angle decreases from 143.5° to 125.3°, and the hydrostatic pressure decreases from 23.4 MPa to 13.7 MPa.
