Blending Modification of PLA with Epoxidized Natural Rubber/Cellulose Nanocrystals

摘要:采用熔融共混的方法制备了聚乳酸/纤维素纳米晶(PLA/CNC)和聚乳酸/环氧化天然橡胶/纤维素纳米晶(PLA/ENR/CNC)共混物。采用扫描电子显微镜表征了共混物的断面形貌,发现PLA/ENR/CNC共混物中ENR和CNC各自以微球和团聚体微粒独立分散于PLA基体相中。拉伸测试结果表明,PLA/ENR/CNC共混物的拉伸弹性模量和拉伸强度降低,但断裂伸长率显著提高,PLA/ENR/CNC(1%)共混物的断裂伸长率达到最大为32.6%。冲击测试结果表明,ENR的引入使共混物的缺口冲击强度显著提高,PLA/ENR/CNC(1%)共混物的缺口冲击强度达到最高为9.4 kJ/m2。CNC的引入使PLA的结晶温度降低,ENR的引入使PLA的结晶温度提高。PLA/CNC共混物的热稳定性高于纯PLA,而ENR的引入使PLA/ENR共混物的初始分解温度降低,终止分解温度升高。 
Abstract:Polylactide/cellulose nanocrystals (PLA/CNC) and polylactide/epoxidized natural rubber/cellulose nanocrystals (PLA/ENR/CNC) blends were prepared by melt blending. The cross-sectional morphology of the blends was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. It was found that in PLA/ENR/CNC blends, ENR in the form of microspheres and CNC in the form of agglomerate particles were independently dispersed in the PLA matrix phase. Tensile test results show that the tensile modulus and tensile strength of PLA/ENR/CNC blend are reduced, but the elongation at break is significantly improved, and PLA/ENR/CNC(1%) blend reach the maximum elongation at break of 32.6%. The impact test results show that the introduction of ENR significantly increase the impact strength of the blend and PLA/ENR/CNC (1%) show the maximum impact strength of 9.4 kJ/m2. The crystallization temperature of PLA is reduced by the introduction of CNC, and increased by ENR. The thermal stability of PLA/CNC blends is higher than that of pure PLA. The PLA/ENR blend show lower initial decomposition temperature and higher terminational decomposition temperature by the introduction of ENR.
