摘要:在超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)颗粒中添加合适的改性剂,通过PE-UHMW熔体纺丝生产装置制备出改性后的PE-UHMW单丝,对初生丝进行拉伸性能研究,探究了不同拉伸温度对单丝力学性能的影响;将制备的PE-UHMW单丝放入紫外加速老化试验箱内进行人工加速老化,研究了紫外老化时间对单丝力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明,在采用一级拉伸温度为90℃,二级拉伸温度为100℃的制备工艺时,制得的PE-UHMW单丝断裂强度最高,断裂强度为8.1 g/dtex;随着紫外老化时间的延长,添加和未添加改性剂的PE-UHMW单丝在耐老化性能上有一定差异,从断裂强度保留率这一指标上来看,添加了改性剂的PE-UHMW单丝在耐老化性上具有优势,表明了改性剂的添加有利于提高单丝的耐老化性能。 
Abstract:The modified ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW) monofilament was prepared by PE-UHMW melt spinning production equipment by adding a suitable modifier to PE-UHMW particles, and the tensile properties of the primary yarn were obtained. The effects of different stretching temperatures on the mechanical properties of monofilaments were investigated. The prepared PE-UHMW monofilaments were placed in a UV accelerated aging test chamber for artificial accelerated aging. The effects of UV aging time on mechanical properties and thermal properties of monofilaments were investigated. The results show that PE-UHMW monofilament has the highest breaking strength and breaking strengthis 8.1 g/dtex when using the first-stage drawing temperature of 90℃ and the second-stage drawing temperature of 100℃. The aging time is prolonged, and PE-UHMW monofilament with modifier added and the PE-UHMW monofilament without modifier added have some differences in aging resistance. From the viewpoint of the fracture strength retention rate, PE-UHMW monofilament with modifier added has an advantage in aging resistance, indicating that the addition of the modifier is beneficial to improve the aging resistance of the monofilament.
