摘要:制备了一种无卤阻燃连续玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,常温条件下其极限氧指数为28.7%、拉伸强度为231 MPa、弯曲强度为225 MPa、简支梁缺口冲击强度为136.7 kJ/m2。根据复合材料在铁路客车、冷藏车、物流周转箱、厢式货车等具体领域使用环境要求,重点研究了温度、水、酸、碱和氙灯老化对复合材料力学性能的影响。在低温(-40℃/8 h)、高温(150℃/6 h)、较长时间高温(110℃/7 d)和高低温循环(130℃/2 h,-40℃/2 h,循环三次)处理后,无卤阻燃连续GF增强PP复合材料力学性能均呈现下降趋势,下降的幅度不是非常明显,仍能表现出优异的性能;复合材料在经过25℃水浸泡后,其性能在短时间内受影响不大,但是在70℃水浸泡72 h后材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度有较大下降;复合材料分别经过5%硝酸,30%硫酸以及10% NaOH溶液浸泡72 h后,各项力学性能均有较大幅度降低;经过氙灯老化处理2 000 h后,拉伸、弯曲强度还能维持在140 MPa以上,简支梁缺口冲击强度>50 kJ/m2,色差<4.0,说明复合材料耐候性比较好,适合应用在交通工具的内外饰件上。 
Abstract:A halogen-free flame-retardant continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) composite was prepared. Its oxygen index was 28.7%, the tensile strength was 231 MPa, the flexural strength was 225 MPa and the notched impact strength was 136.7 kJ/m2 at room temperature. According to the environmental requirements of composite materials used in railway passenger cars, refrigerated cars, logistics switchboxes, vans and other specific fields, the effects of temperature, water, acid, alkali and xenon lamp aging on the mechanical properties of composite materials were studied. The mechanical properties of halogen-free flame-retardant continuous glass fiber reinforced PP composites show a downward trend after treatment at low temperature (-40℃/8 h), high temperature (150℃/6 h), long time high temperature (110℃/7 d) and high-low temperature cycle (130℃/2 h, -40℃/2 h, three cycles). The decline is not very obvious, and the composites still show excellent properties after immersion at 25℃. The mechanical properties of the composites were not affected in a short time, but the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites decrease significantly after 72 h immersion at 70℃. After 72 h immersion in 5% nitric acid, 30% sulphuric acid and 10% NaOH solution, the mechanical properties of the composites decrease in varying degrees, with a large decrease. After 2 000 h aging treatment with xenon lamp, the tensile and flexural strength of the composites also decrease. It can be maintained above 140 MPa, notch impact >50 kJ/m2 and chromatic aberration<4.0. It shows that the composite material has good weatherability and is suitable for the interior and exterior decorations of vehicles.
