摘要:以六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCTP)和六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HHMMA)为原料,通过先混合后热压固化法制得密胺树脂(MF)/HPCTP复合材料,并对其进行差示扫描量热(DSC)、热失重(TG)、弯曲性能、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和燃烧性能测试。DSC结果显示HHMMA和HHMMA/HPCTP混合物的固化温度和固化热焓差别微小,说明了HPCTP的加入对HHMMA的固化反应基本无影响。TG结果显示,MF和MF/HPCTP复合材料均分为三个阶段降解,HPCTP的加入略微降低了MF的热稳定性。SEM结果表明HPCTP与MF的相容性不佳。弯曲性能测试结果显示,HPCTP的加入大幅度地降低了MF/HPCTP复合材料的弯曲强度,但是随着HPCTP含量的增加,复合材料的弯曲强度下降幅度不大。在燃烧测试中,MF/HPCTP复合材料表现优异,尤其是HPCTP的质量分数达到3%时,复合材料具有自熄性。 
Abstract:Melamine resin (MF)/hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene (HPCTP) composites were prepared from HPCTP and hexahydroxymethyl melamine (HHMMA) by mixing and hot pressing. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermal weightlessness (TG), bending properties, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and combustion properties were used as characterization methods. DSC results show that the curing temperature and curing heat of HHMMA and HHMMA/HPCTP mixtures differ slightly, indicating that the addition of HPCTP has little effect on the curing reaction of HHMMA. TG results show that MF and MF/HPCTP composites are both degraded in three stages, the addition of HPCTP slightly reduces the thermal stability of MF. SEM results show that HPCTP has poor compatibility with MF. The bending test results show that the bending strength of MF/HPCTP composites decrease greatly with the addition of HPCTP, but with the increase of HPCTP content, the bending strength of the composites decrease slightly. In combustion test, MF/HPCTP composite has excellent performance, especially when the mass fraction of HPCTP reaches 3%, the composite has self-extinguishing property.
