摘要:以可发性聚苯乙烯(EPS)为基材,以酚醛树脂(PF)为胶粘剂,可膨胀石墨(EG)与聚磷酸铵(APP)为阻燃剂,采用包覆法,制备了兼具无卤阻燃性能好和力学性能优的EPS外墙保温材料。探究了制备EPS泡沫保温板的工艺,并优化了制备方法,制得EPS/PF,EPS/EG和EPS/PF/EG/APP复合材料,并研究了EG/APP对EPS保温板阻燃及力学性能的影响,探究了PF,EG,APP三者协同阻燃EPS复合材料时相互之间的阻燃机理。研究表明,使用PF作胶粘剂制得的EPS泡沫保温板压缩强度明显提高,极限氧指数(LOI)值达到28.0%;阻燃剂EG的加入,使得EPS板的阻燃性能、粘接性能及力学性能进一步提高,当EG为4质量份时,LOI值达到了29.5%;当APP含量为8份时,体系的粘接性能和压缩强度最好,EPS/PF/EG/APP复合材料的LOI值最高,达到了33.0%。 
Abstract:The polystyrene foam (EPS) was used as a base material, expandable graphite (EG) and ammonium polyphosphate (APP) were used as the flame retardant, and phenolic resion (PF) was used as the coating solvent. By coating method, a polystyrene exterior wall insulation material with halogen-free environmental protection, good flame retardant performance and excellent mechanical properties was prepared. The experiment optimized the preparation methods and explored the technological conditions of the laboratory. The flame retardant mechanism of PF, EG and APP in synergy with flame-retardant EPS composites was explored. The results show that the compressive strength of polystyrene foam insulation board made by using phenolic resin as adhesive is obviously improved, and the LOI value reaches 28.0%. The addition of EG flame retardant further improve the flame retardant properties, bonding properties and mechanical properties of the polystyrene board. When the content of expandable graphite is 4 phr, the LOI value reaches 29.5%. When the content of APP is 8 phr, the mechanical properties of the system are the best. The LOI value of EPS/PF/EG/APP material is the highest, reaching 33.0%.
