摘要:采用真空引流成型工艺制备了树脂基碳纤维中空复合材料,主要研究了15 mm碳纤维中空织物复合材料和传统铝蜂窝导热复合材料的力学性能和导热性能,并从导热机理、导热材料结构角度进行分析。介绍了碳纤维中空复合材料在导热领域的应用情况。结果表明,碳纤维三维中空复合材料的综合力学性能明显优于传统铝蜂窝材料,导热性能基本与铝蜂窝复合材料相当,在航空航天技术领域更具应用优势,可成为替代传统蜂窝及泡沫夹层复合材料的理想结构材料。 
Abstract:Resin-based carbon fiber hollow composites were prepared by vacuum drainage molding process. The mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of 15 mm carbon fiber hollow fabric composites and traditional aluminum honeycomb thermal conductive composites were studied and analyzed from the point of view of heat conduction mechanism and structure of heat conduction materials. The application of carbon fiber hollow composites in the field of heat conduction was briefly introduced. The results show that the comprehensive mechanical properties of three-dimensional carbon fiber hollow composites are obviously superior to those of traditional aluminum honeycomb materials, the thermal conductivity of the material is almost the same as that of aluminum honeycomb composites, and have more advantages in the field of aerospace technology. It can be used as an ideal structural material to replace the traditional honeycomb and foam sandwich composites.
