Design of Compound Core-pulling Mechanism and Injection Mold for Six-bread Frame-Shaped Parts with Inner Wall

Abstract：In view of the difficulty of demoulding the inner wall of six parts of the inner wall of the plastic part, a mold with one cavity and three points for gate was designed. In the mould, aiming at the difficulty of demoulding the inner and outer walls, three cylinder-driven slider side core-pulling mechanisms were designed to demould the outer walls; a compound mechanism with seven sliders and six core-pulling mechanisms were designed to demould the inner walls. The mechanism adopted the method of layered core-pulling. First, at the bottom of the inner wall of the plastic parts, a central slider was driven by the cylinder to core-pull first, and then two side sliders were released from the bottom. After the movement space, two side core-pulling sliders were driven by the driving strip for side core-pulling. After the side core-pulling was completed, the oil cylinder drived them out together to make room for the core-pulling of the following four sliders. After the bottom core-pulling was completed, one main driving block driven by another oil cylinder was moved laterally, and two central sliders on the top were driven down to pull core for the following two inner parts. The wall side core-pulling slider given up the motion space, and then the main driving block driven two side wall sliders to pull the core in the side to realize the complete demoulding of the inner wall of the plastic part. The layout of die structure was reasonable, and the setting of demoulding mechanism was ingenious. Especially the design of inner wall demoulding mechanism was innovative and worth learning.
