摘要:结合锥形塑壳支撑架环塑料件的成型要求,设计了一种单腔两板多点式侧浇口注塑模具,模具模腔的浇注采用三点式内壁侧浇口以保证塑料件的均衡注塑,减少塑料件的注塑成型质量缺陷;为实现塑料件外壁整圈圆周上30个侧壁孔的成型与脱模,设计了一种双油缸同步驱动的圆周15个滑块同步旋转抽芯机构,机构利用油缸首先驱动2个齿条做直线抽芯动作,从而同步驱动一个圆周驱动齿轮进行小角度转动,圆周驱动齿轮上设置有驱动槽,在此驱动槽的驱动下,通过驱动销带动15个圆弧滑块进行旋转抽芯,从而达到对塑料件外壁上30个孔同步抽芯脱模的目的。机构设计简单,动作可靠,模具结构简单,有利于生产制造成本的降低,能为同类塑料件的成型模具设计提供有益参考。 
Abstract:According to the forming requirement of the conical shell support ring, a single cavity, two plates and multi-point side gate injection mould was designed. The three-point inner wall side gate was used to ensure the balanced injection of the parts and reduce the injection quality defects of the parts. In order to realize the shaping and demoulding of 30 side holes around the whole circle of the outer wall of the plastic parts, a double cylinder synchronously driven circle was designed. There were 15 slider synchronous core-pulling mechanisms. The mechanism used the cylinder to drive two racks to do linear core-pulling action first, thus synchronizing a driving circular drive gear to rotate at a small angle. The driving groove was arranged on the driving gear. Driven by the driving groove, 15 circular arc sliders were driven by the driving pin to rotate core-pulling so as to achieve the synchronous core-pulling of 30 holes on the outer wall of plastic parts. The purpose of core demoulding was reached. The mechanism design was simple, reliable, and the die structure was simple, which was conductive to the reduction of manufacturing cost. It can provide useful reference for the design of the forming die of the same kind of plastic parts.
