摘要:为了获得性能优异的立体光固化成型(SLA)制件,以SZUV-W8001P型光敏树脂为打印材料,基于SLA光固化3D打印机制备了不同工艺参数下的标准拉伸、弯曲及冲击试样,探究了打印层厚、填充扫描速度、填充线距及后固化时间等工艺参数对SLA成型试样力学性能的影响。结果表明,打印层厚为0.05 mm时,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度均达到最大值,分别为48.52,68.63 MPa和174.76 kJ/m2;填充扫描速度对力学性能影响较小;力学性能随填充线距的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,在0.04~0.06 mm时表现出良好的力学性能;拉伸强度随后固化时间的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,后固化时间为100 min时拉伸强度最大为47.93 MPa;当打印层厚为0.05 mm,填充扫描速度为6000 mm/s,填充线距为0.04~0.06 mm以及后固化时间为100 min时,有利于SLA制件获得相对最优的力学性能。 
Abstract:Based on stereo lithography apparatus (SLA) curing technology, a series of standard tensile, bending and impact specimens were prepared by SZUV-W8001P photosensitive resin in order to obtain SLA parts with excellent properties. The effects of printing layer thickness, filling scanning speed, filling line distance and post-curing time on the mechanical properties of SLA samples were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength reach the maximum when the thickness of the printing layer is 0.05 mm, which are 48.52, 68.63 MPa and 174.76 kJ/m2 respectively. The filling scanning speed has little influence on the mechanical properties. The mechanical properties increase first and then decrease with the increase of filling line spacing, and show good mechanical properties at 0.04 - 0.06 mm. The tensile strength increases first and then decreases with post-curing time increasing, and the tensile strength is maximum at 47.93 MPa when the post-curing time is 100 min.When the thickness of printing layer is 0.05 mm, the filling scanning speed is 6000 mm/s, the filling line spacing is 0.04 - 0.06 mm and the post-curing time is 100 min, it is beneficial to obtain the relatively optimal mechanical properties of SLA parts.
