摘要:以纳米羟基磷灰石(nHA)和聚乳酸(PLA)基体树脂为原料,采用相分离方法制备PLA/nHA多孔支架,并采用脱胶蚕丝纤维(DSF)对PLA/nHA多孔支架进行增强。扫描电子显微镜结果表明,随着nHA含量的增加,nHA在PLA/nHA多孔支架中的团聚程度增大;压缩强度测试结果表明采用DSF对PLA/nHA多孔支架进行增强后,可使PLA/nHA/DSF多孔支架获得较高的压缩强度;X射线衍射结果表明加入DSF没有使PLA/nHA/DSF多孔支架产生新的结晶峰;差示扫描量热结果表明依次加入nHA和DSF,多孔支架的结晶度呈现先降低后增加的趋势;流变测试结果发现PLA/nHA/DSF多孔支架的复数黏度随着频率的增加而降低,且其储能模量和损耗模量高于纯PLA,损耗因子低于纯PLA。 
Abstract:The polylactic acid (PLA)/nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA) porous scaffolds were prepared based on PLA matrix and nHA filler by phase separation process, what's more, the PLA/nHA porous scaffolds were reinforced by degummed silk fiber (DSF). The SEM results show that the nHA tends to agglomerate into large particles in the PLA/nHA porous scaffolds with increasing nHA content. The compression strength test results show that the compression property of PLA/nHA/DSF porous scaffolds is better than that of PLA/nHA porous scaffolds. The XRD results show that PLA/nHA/DSF porous scaffolds don't have new crystallization peak after adding DSF. The DSC results show that the crystallinity of the porous scaffolds firstly increases and then decreases when the nHA and DSF is added in turn. The rheological test results show that the complex viscosity of PLA/nHA/DSF porous scaffolds decreases with the increase of frequency, the storage modulus and loss modulus of PLA/nHA/DSF porous scaffolds are higher than that of pure PLA and the loss factor is lower.
