摘要:根据汽车主机厂的要求,采用共聚聚丙烯(PP)、增韧剂乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)、填料等原料通过物理挤出共混的方法制备了汽车内饰用PP复合材料。考察了不同流动性的PP、不同黏度增韧剂及增韧剂含量、不同种类填料对PP复合材料密度、熔体流动速率(MFR)、力学性能、低温多轴冲击性能、光泽度和外观的影响。结果表明,当复配PP体系、门尼黏度为45MU的POE、径厚比为30的滑石粉、加工助剂的质量分数分别为70.5%,18.5%,10%和1%时,复合材料综合性能达到最佳,弯曲弹性模量为1832 MPa,MFR为21 g/10 min,密度为0.97 g/cm3,光泽度为2.8,低温(-30℃)多轴冲击破坏形式为YS。PP的流动性越好,复合材料的MFR越高、外观越好,而冲击性能和光泽度越低;通过搭配不同PP基体树脂、选择高径厚比的滑石粉及较高黏度的增韧剂POE,可获得满足客户要求的车用PP材料。 
Abstract:According to the requirements of the automobile main engine factory, polypropylene composite materials for automotive interiors were prepared by physical extrusion and blending with co-polypropylene, toughening agent POE and filler as raw materials. The effects of different fluidity polypropylene, different viscosity toughening agents and toughening agent contents, different kinds of fillers, were investigated for density, melt flow rate (MFR), mechanical properties, low temperature multiaxial impact properties, gloss and appearance of polypropylene composite. The results show that, when the content of polypropylene compounding system, POE with Mooney viscosity of 45MU, talc with aspect ratio of 30 and processing additive are 70.5wt%, 18.5wt%, 10wt% and 1wt% respectively, the composite material has the best performances, the flexural modulus is 1832 MPa, the MFR is 21 g/10 min, the density is 0.97 g/cm3, the gloss is 2.8 and the low temperature (-30℃) multiaxial impact failure type is YS. With the increase of the fluidity of polypropylene, the MFR increases and the appearance becomes good, the impact properties and gloss decrease. Through compounding different polypropylene matrix and selecting the talc powder with high aspect ratio and the POE with higher viscosity, the polypropylene material for vehicles that meets the customer's requirements can be obtained.
