摘要:在分析感应开关壳体工艺性能的基础上,设计了一套一模四腔的两板式抽芯模具。详细介绍了模具结构设计,包括分型面与型腔布局、浇注系统、成型零件、冷却、抽芯与顶出的设计,绘制了模具整体结构图,阐述了模具工作过程。该模具采用了一模四腔布局,成型零件采用了整体式结构,并对定模镶件进行了局部镶拼,便于加工和维修;浇注系统采用了单一侧浇口进料,实现了单向填充,减少了塑件变形;冷却系统采用了阶梯式循环冷却方式;于塑件宽度方向上创新设计一套特殊的侧抽芯机构,可同时完成4个塑件的抽芯功能,解决了抽芯机构在模具内部而导致的设计难题。实践证明,该模具结构合理,抽芯机构运行可靠,批量生产的塑件质量良好,对同类塑件的模具设计具有借鉴意义。 
Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the technological performance of cylinder induction switch shell, a two plate core pulling mould with one mould and four cavities is designed. The design of mould structure is introduced, including the parting surface, the layout of cavity, gating system, molding parts, cooling, core pulling and ejection. The assembly drawing of the mould is drawn and the working process of the mould is described. The layout of one mould and four cavities is adopted, the integral part is adopted for the molding parts, and the parts of the fixed parts are partially inserted for easy processing and maintenance. The single side gate is used in the gating system, which realizes one-way filling and reduces the deformation of plastic parts. Stepped circulating cooling mode is adopted in the cooling system. A special side core-pulling mechanism is designed in the direction of the width of the plastic parts, which can accomplish the core-pulling function of four plastic parts at the same time, and solve the design problems caused by the core-pulling mechanism inside the mould. Practice proves that the mould structure is reasonable, the core-pulling mechanism runs reliably, and the quality of plastic parts produced in batches is good, which can be used for reference in the mould design of similar plastic parts.
