摘要:针对喷油器顶盖塑件内壁两端半圆环凹槽倒扣的脱模困难问题,设计了一种180°翻转式脱模机构和相应的两板式二次开模侧浇口注塑模具。脱模机构中,利用半圆环倒扣的结构特点,通过油缸驱动齿条,从而驱动半圆环型芯做180°翻转抽芯,解决了半圆环凹槽脱模困难问题。为保证脱模机构功能的实现,采用两次开模的形式,第一次开模用于为翻转型芯的运动让出空间,第二次开模用于塑件从型腔中脱出;最后由顶针将塑件从型芯上顶出而实现塑件的自动脱模。脱模机构设置简单精巧,模具结构布置合理,能可靠实现塑件的自动化注塑生产。 
Abstract:Aiming at the difficult demoulding problem of semi-circular groove undercut at both ends of the inner wall of fuel injector top cover plastic parts, a 180° reversal demoulding mechanism and a corresponding two-plate injection mould with side gate and twice mould-opening were designed. In the demoulding mechanism, the structure characteristics of semi-circular undercut were used, the rack was driven through cylinder for driving the semi-circular core to do 180° reversal core-pulling actions, which solved the difficult demoulding problem of the semi-circular groove. In order to ensure the realization of the function of the demoulding mechanism, twice mould-opening type was adopted, the first opening was used to make room for the reversal movement of the core, the second opening was used to demould the plastic parts from the cavity, at last, the plastic parts were ejected from the core by the ejector pin to realize the automatic demoulding of the plastic parts. The demoulding mechanism is simple and delicate, the structure of the mould is reasonable, and the automatic injection production of the plastic parts can be reliably realized.
