摘要:在滑石粉填充的增韧聚丙烯体系中加入铝颜料,通过双螺杆挤出及注塑制备具有金属效果的免喷涂聚丙烯产品,对比研究了不同粒径和添加量的铝颜料对免喷涂聚丙烯热老化变色的影响。研究发现,对于未经着色的聚丙烯树脂,其经过热老化之后会明显黄化,显示出明显的变色,在添加了铝颜料之后,随着铝颜料的粒径变小以及添加量提高,有利于降低聚丙烯经过热氧老化后的变色问题,在铝颜料粒径小于20 μm并且添加量高于2份的情况下能较为有效地降低聚丙烯热老化后的变色问题,分析其原因为细粒径以及高添加量的铝颜料提高了对树脂基体的遮盖,从而降低了树脂经过热老化之后的黄化表现。 
Abstract:Aluminum pigments were added into talcum powder filled polypropylene system and spray-free polypropylene with metal effect was prepared by twin screw extruder and injection molding, the influences of aluminum pigments' sizes and contents on thermal aging and discoloration of spray-free polypropylene were studied. It is found that, for polypropylene resin without color, significant color change and yellowing are found after thermal aging. After adding the aluminum pigments, with the decrease of particle size and increase of content of aluminum pigment, the discoloration problem of polypropylene after thermal aging are reduced. Under the conditions that the particle size of aluminum pigment is less than 20 μm and the content is more than 2 phr, the discoloration after thermal aging can be effectively reduced. The fine particle size and high content of aluminum pigments can increase the pigments cover ability on the polypropylene resin, which is the reason of the reduction of thermal aging yellowing.
