摘要:以吸附石蜡的气凝胶(AG)为聚酰胺(PA)66的成核剂,采用高温高压溶液沉淀法制备PA66-AG复合粉体,并通过差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度分析仪和霍尔流速计等对复合粉体的结晶性能、微观形貌、粒度分布和流动性能等进行测试与分析。结果表明,添加适量的AG后,PA66-AG复合粉体由多层块状结构转变为密实的球形结构,粉体的平均粒径从180 μm降至67~113 μm;PA66-AG复合粉体中的PA66存在α,γ两种晶型,且AG能够诱导PA66晶型的改变以及提高其复合粉体的结晶度;当AG用量为PA66质量的10%~20%时,复合粉体的流动性能较优,当AG用量小于30%时,其对石蜡的包覆率为100%。 
Abstract:Taking aerogel (AG) adsorbing paraffin as the nucleating agent of polyamide 66 (PA66), the PA66-AG composite powders were prepared by high temperature and high pressure solvent precipitation method. The crystallization property, microstructure, particle size distribution and flowability of the composite powders were studied and analyzed by DSC, SEM, laser particle size analyzer, Hall flowmeter and so on. The results show that, PA66-AG composite powders are transformed from multilayer blocky structure to dense spherical structure and the average particle sizes of the powders are reduced from 180 μm to 67-113 μm with the addition of AG with appropriate amount. PA66 in PA66-AG composite powders has α and γ crystal forms, and AG can induce the change of PA66 crystal form and increase the crystallinity of the composite powders. When the AG addition amount is 10%-20% of PA66 mass, the flowability of the composite powders are better, and when the AG addition amount is less than 30%, the paraffin coating ratio is 100%.
