汽车前侧风挡饰条模具热流道系统设计

摘要:以汽车前侧风挡饰条双色注塑模具的热流道系统设计应用为例,分析了制件的结构特征,在不影响制件整体结构的合适位置设置工艺孔从而保证制件两种材料部分的牢固贴合。针对两种不同材质组成的制件注塑成型工艺中的难点,在硬胶部分设置软胶浇注工艺凹槽,避免软胶浇口分离时应力集中破坏制件表面,利用CAE模流分析结果对浇注系统进行优化设计,通过对热流道板加热功率分析计算设计了热流道板和喷嘴,完成了双色模具不同材料热流道系统的设计。模具的实际生产实践证明,该模具热流道系统结构设计合理,提高了制件成型质量,缩短了制件成型周期,大批量生产过程运行平稳。 
Abstract:Taking application of hot runner system in design of bicolor mould for automobile front side windshield decorative strip as an example, the structural characteristics of the parts were analyzed, process holes were be set at appropriate positions that do not affect the overall structure of the parts so as to ensure that the two materials of the parts fit firmly. Aiming at the difficulties in injection molding process of the parts composed of two different materials, the soft plastic injecting process groove was set in the hard plastic part to avoid the stress concentration damaging the surface of the part when the soft plastic gate was separated, the gating system was optimized by using the results of CAE mold flow analysis. The hot runner plate and nozzle were designed by analyzing and calculating the heating power of the hot runner plate, and the bicolor mould hot runner systems of two different materials were designed. The actual production practice of the mould proves that the design of the hot runner system structure is reasonable, the forming quality of the parts is improved, the forming cycle of the parts is shortened, and the mass production process runs smoothly.
