摘要:以聚丙烯(PP)树脂为基体,加入各助剂,通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制得复合材料。考查不同乙烯-辛烯热塑性弹性体(POE)、抗氧剂、硅氧烷母粒、多孔吸附剂及萃取剂对PP复合材料力学性能、散分性能、热氧老化等性能的影响,制备得到同时具备高流动、高弹性模量和高韧性的“三高”材料,其还兼有优异的低散发性和长效抗老化性,符合汽车内饰用材料标准,特别适用于大面积薄壁制件上。结果显示,所得PP复合材料熔体流动速率达到32.7 g/10 min,拉伸强度21.6 MPa,弯曲弹性模量2265.6 MPa,悬臂梁缺口冲击为36.0 kJ/m2,气味强度等级为2.5级,挥发性苯类和醛类小分子物质均很低,雾化值只有0.72 mg,同时100℃下加热1000 h条件下,复合材料的热氧老化性能优异,拉伸强度保持率和悬臂梁缺口冲击强度保持率均远高于企业标准要求的75%的保持率。 
Abstract:The polypropylene composites added various assistant used for automobile interior trim were prepared by melting extrusion method. The effects of ethylene-octene thermoplastic elastomer (POE), antioxidant, siloxane masterbatch, porous adsorbent and extractant on the mechanical properties, dispersive properties and thermal oxygen aging of polypropylene composites were investigated. The "three high" materials with high flow rate, high modulus and high toughness were prepared, which also had excellent low emission and long lasting anti-aging properties, and met the standards of automotive interior materials, especially for large-area thin-walled parts. The results show that the melt index of the polypropylene composite is 32.7 g/10 min, the tensile strength is 21.6 MPa, and the bending modulus is 2265.6 MPa, the notch impact of cantilever beam is 36.0 kJ/m2, the odor intensity grade is 2.5, volatile benzene and aldehydes are very low, the atomization value is only 0.72 mg. At the same time, when heated at 100℃ for 1000 h, the composite has excellent thermal oxygen aging performance, the tensile strength retention rate and the notch impact strength retention rate of cantilever beam are far higher than the 75% retention rate required by the enterprise standard.
