良外观耐高静压玻纤增强PA66复合材料制备及性能

摘要:通过双螺杆挤出制备了良外观耐高静压玻纤(GF)增强尼龙66(PA66)复合材料,考察不同尼龙种类、GF直径、增容剂种类及含量对良外观耐高静压GF增强PA66复合材料外观及力学性能的影响。结果表明,中黏度(2.4~2.7 Pa·s) PA66、数均分子量约为12000的PA1212、直径为11 μm的GF及线性低密度聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(PE-LLD-g-MAH)与高密度聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(PE-HD-g-MAH)的质量比1∶1复配的增容剂制备的GF增强PA66复合材料有优异的力学性能及良外观;随着长碳链尼龙含量增加,GF增强PA66复合材料的表面浮纤逐渐减少、拉伸及弯曲强度逐步下降,耐高静压能力上升;GF单丝直径越小(小于10μm),GF增强PA66复合材料力学性能上升,容易出现表面浮纤团聚问题,反之GF单丝直接越大,材料耐高静压能力下降;增容剂PE-LLD-g-MAH和PE-HD-g-MAH复配对GF增强PA66复合材料增容效果优于PP-g-MAH或EPDM-g-MAH;当同时加入2% PE-LLD-g-MAH和PE-HD-g-MAH时,PA66/PA1212/GF质量比为51/15/30时,制备出的PA66/PA1212/GF复合材料有较好的外观及力学性能,并且加工性能可满足要求,其中静压强度可达55.6 MPa。 
Abstract:Glass fiber (GF) reinforced nylon66 (PA66) composite with good appearance and high static pressure resistance was prepared by twin-screw extrusion, the mechanical properties of GF reinforced PA66 composite materials were investigated by influence of different PA, GF monofilament diameter and compatilizer types and contents. The results show that the GF reinforced PA66 composite materials have excellent mechanical properties which prepared by the medium viscosity (2.4-2.7 Pa·s) nylon66 and the PA1212 with a number average molecular weight of 12000 and the monofilament diameter size are 11 μm of glass fiber and the mass ratio of 1∶1 by linear low density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride (PE-LLD-g-MAH) to high density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride (PE-HD-g-MAH). With the increase of the content of long carbon chain nylon, the surface floating fiber of the glass fiber reinforced PA66 composite material gradually decreases, the tensile and flexural strength decrease, and the high static pressure resistance increase, the smaller the diameter of the glass fiber monofilament (less than 10 μm). The mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PA66 composite materials are increased, and the problem of surface floating fiber agglomeration is easy to occur. On the contrary, the larger the glass fiber monofilament, the lower the high static pressure resistance of the material. The compatibilizers PE-LLD-g-MAH and PE-HD-g-MAH have better compatibilizing effect on glass fiber reinforced PA66 composite than PP-g-MAH or EPDM-g-MAH. When PE-LLD-g-MAH and PE-HD-g-MAH are added at 2% each, and PA66/PA1212/alkali-free glass fiber mass ratio is 51/15/30. The prepared PA66/PA1212/glass fiber composite material has good appearance and mechanical properties, and the processing performance could meet the requirements, among which the static pressure strength can reach 55.6 MPa.
