摘要:采用模压成型和注射成型两种成型工艺,通过化学发泡法制备聚丙烯(PP)/填料发泡材料。探究填料对模压成型发泡材料的泡孔形貌和热学性能影响。结果表明:加入单一填料,硬脂酸锌使泡孔分布更加均匀,泡孔形状均一;纳米氧化锌提高熔体强度,减小了泡孔尺寸;同时二者对结晶性能的影响显著,最大的结晶度为57%,熔融温度较纯PP有所降低。加入复合填料,其泡孔尺寸介于单纯加入硬脂酸锌和氧化锌之间;在结晶行为方面,与单一填料相比,结晶度有所下降,尤其在5∶1时,结晶度大幅度下降,而熔融温度仍保持在168℃左右。此外,研究了不同填料对注射成型发泡材料的力学性能影响,硬脂酸锌和氧化锌均使发泡材料的力学性能得到提升。 
Abstract:Polypropylene (PP)/filler foaming materials were prepared by chemical foaming method with two molding processes of molding and injection molding. The effects of fillers on the morphology and thermal properties of foam materials were investigated. The results show that adding a single filler, zinc stearate makes the distribution of the bubble more uniform, the shape of the bubble is uniform. Nano zinc oxide improves the melt strength, reduces the size of the bubble. At the same time, the effect of the two on the crystallization performance is significant, the maximum crystallinity is 57%, and the melting temperature is lower than that of pure PP. In addition to the composite filler, the bubble size is between zinc stearate and zinc oxide. In terms of crystallization behavior, compared with the single filler, the crystallinity is decreased, especially when the ratio is 5∶1, the crystallinity is greatly reduced, while the melting temperature is still around 168℃. In addition, the effects of different fillers on the mechanical properties of the foam materials were studied. Zinc stearate and zinc oxide both improve the mechanical properties of the foam materials.
