不同摩擦条件下四种MC尼龙复合材料摩擦磨损性能

摘要:制备了浇铸(MC)尼龙(MC)、含油质量比为5%的MC油尼龙(MC)、纤维质量占比30%的玻璃纤维增强MC尼龙(MC)及体积占比35%的碳纤维增强MC尼龙(MC),分别将四种复合材料在干摩擦、洁净水、干砂、水砂四种不同摩擦条件下进行摩擦磨损性能实验,并对实验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:干摩擦及洁净水条件下,fMC油fMC碳fMC玻fMC普;干砂及水砂条件下,fMC油fMC普fMC碳fMC玻。在不同摩擦条件下的摩擦系数排序均为ff水砂ff干砂;不同材料在四种摩擦条件下的体积磨损率排序均为WWW水砂W干砂;不同摩擦条件下四种材料的体积磨损率排序均为WMC油WMC玻WMC碳WMC普。 
Abstract:MC nylon (MCm), MC oil nylon with oil mass ratio of 5% (MCo), glass fiber reinforced MC nylon with fiber mass accounting for 30% (MCg) and carbon fiber reinforced MC nylon accounting for 35% (MCc) were prepared. The friction and wear tests of three kinds of composite materials and MC nylon were respectively carried out under dry friction, clean water, dry sand and water sand. Test results show that fMCofMCcfMCgfMCm under dry friction or clean water and fMCofMCmfMCcfMCg under dry sand or water sand. The friction coefficients order of the four kinds composite materials in different friction conditions is fwfwsfdfds. The order of the volumetric wear rate of different materials under four frictional conditions is WdWwWwsWds. The order of the volumetric wear rate of the four materials under different friction conditions is WMCoWMCgWMCcWMCm
