Preparation of Continuous Glass Fiber-Reinforced Polyamide 6 Composites

摘要：采用熔融拉挤浸渍工艺，制备了连续玻纤增强支化高流动尼龙6 (PA6-H)和常规线性尼龙6 (L-PA6)复合材料，并研究了不同树脂基体对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明，连续玻纤在PA6-H树脂基体中的分散浸渍效果明显优于L-PA6树脂，连续玻纤增强PA6-H复合材料的力学强度比连续玻纤增强L-PA6树脂高约10%，且随着连续玻纤含量的增加，这种优势更加明显。
Abstract：Using the melt pul-trusion impregnation process, the continuous glass fiber reinforced branched high-flow nylon 6 (PA6-H) and conventional linear nylon 6 (L-PA6) composites were prepared, and the effects of different resin substrates on the performance of composites were studied. The results show that the dispersion impregnation effect of continuous glass fiber in the high-flow nylon 6 resin substrate is obviously better than linear nylon 6 resin, and the mechanical strength of continuous glass fiber-enhanced high-flow nylon 6 composites is obviously better than that of continuous glass fiber-enhanced linear nylon 6 resin, and with the increase of glass fiber mass score, this advantage is more obvious.
