摘要:通过双螺杆挤出造粒制备了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)复合材料,考察不同增韧剂及增容剂种类及含量对ABS/PBT合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,增韧剂甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(MBS)含量为6%及增容剂为苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)第四单体四元共聚物(ST-AN-GMA-X)质量分数为2.5%时所制备的ABS/PBT合金材料性能最佳;随着MBS含量的增加,ABS/PBT合金材料的拉伸强度及耐热性下降,冲击性能逐步提高,材料熔体流动速率降低;增容剂ST-AN-GMA-X对ABS/PBT合金增容效果优于苯乙烯-丙烯腈-GMA及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料接枝马来酸酐(ABS-g-MAH),随着ST-AN-GMA-X含量上升,ABS/PBT合金材料的耐热性及冲击性能提高,拉伸强度升高;当ST-AN-GMA-X质量分数为2.5%,MBS含量为6%,ABS与PBT质量比为60/31.5时,ABS/PBT合金材料具有最佳的力学性能,其缺口冲击强度可达21.6 kJ/m2。  
Abstract:The ABS/PBT alloy were prepared through the double screw extrusion, the mechanical properties of ABS/PBT alloy were investigated by influenced on different toughener and compatilizer types and contents. The results show that the ABS/PBT alloys have excellent mechanical properties which prepared by a toughener MBS content of 6% and a compatibilizer of styrene acrylonitrile glycidyl methacrylate fourth monomer quaternary copolymer (ST-AN-GMA-X) content of 2.5%. With the MBS contents increases, the tensile strength and heat resistance of ABS/PBT alloy materials decrease, the impact performance are gradually improved, and the material melt index decreases; Compatibilizer ST-AN-GMA-X has better compatibilizing effect on ABS/PBT alloy than SAG and ABS-g-MAH. With the increase of ST-AN-GMA-X content, the heat resistance and impact properties of ABS/PBT alloy materials are rised, the tensile strength is increased. When the addition of ST-AN-GMA-X is 2.5%, the MBS content is 6%, and the mass ratio of ABS to PBT is 60/31.5, the prepared ABS/PBT alloy has the best mechanics performance, in which the notched impact strength can reach 21.6 kJ/m2
