自底向上的电熨斗倒置式布局三板点浇口模具设计

摘要:结合电熨斗外壳塑件形状复杂的特点,对塑件在模具中的布置做倒置处理后,有利于模具结构的简化设计,据此而设计了一种双点浇口三板式三次开模三板注塑模具,来实现塑件的自动化注塑生产。模具设计中,针对模具结构设计困难的问题,采用自底向上的设计思路,设置了5种脱模机构来实现难脱模特征的脱模,机构包括有1个前模弯销先抽芯机构、1组哈弗滑块侧抽芯机构、1个油缸侧抽芯机构、4个大角度顶出斜顶机构及顶针顶出机构。采用自底向上方式来设计模具结构,运用CAE辅助分析来避免设计盲区,有利于减少设计失误,提高设计效率,为同类形状塑件的模具结构设计提供有益参考。  
Abstract:Combined with the characteristics of complex shape of electric iron shell plastic parts, the layout of plastic parts in the mold was inverted, which was conductive to the simplified design of the mold structure. Based on this, a three plate injection mold with double point gate and three plates was designed to realize the automatic injection production of plastic parts. In the mold design, in view of the complex shape and the difficulty in the mold structure design, the bottom-up design idea was adopted. On the basis of the separation of the features on the plastic parts, five demoulding mechanisms were set up to realize the demoulding of the difficult demoulding features. The mechanism includes a front die bending pin first core pulling mechanism, a group of half slider side core pulling mechanism, a cylinder side core pulling mechanism, and four large angles ejecting incline mechanism and ejector pin ejecting mechanism. Using the bottom-up method to design the mold structure, using CAE to avoid the blind area of design, is conductive to reduce design errors, improve design efficiency, and provide a useful reference for the mold structure design of similar shape plastic parts.
