快速成型高光耐热阻燃PP制备及性能

摘要:通过差示扫描量热仪、力学性能和阻燃性能测试仪器、老化试验设备及光学显微镜等测试手段评价了聚丙烯(PP)原料、阻燃剂和抗氧剂分别对PP结晶速率、光泽度、阻燃性能和老化性能等的影响,制备了结晶快速、耐高温较好的高光泽阻燃PP。研究结果显示,添加4份磷氮溴复配阻燃剂(Br-N-P),0.3份硫醚类辅助抗氧剂(S-2),PP的光泽度达到73、阻燃级别达到V-2级并通过灼热丝可燃性指数750℃测试。由于分子结构的差别,所选PP原料的半结晶速率为24.3 s;氮磷膨胀阻燃剂对PP光泽度的影响最大,使光泽度降低41.2%;八溴醚和Br-N-P阻燃剂对PP光泽度的影响较小,其光泽度分别达到76,73,S-2可以大大提高阻燃PP的抗粉化性,150℃时的热氧粉化开始时间为37 d,而受阻胺类抗氧剂的抗粉化效果较差;制备的快速成型高光耐热阻燃PP在140℃长期热氧老化条件下,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度呈现了不同的衰减幅度,缺口冲击强度下降最大,为35.6%,拉伸强度、弯曲强度分别降低了8.7%,3.7%。 
Abstract:The effects of the polypropylene (PP) raw material, flame retardant, and antioxidant on the crystallization rate, gloss, flame retardant and aging properties of PP were evaluated by differential scanning calorimeter, mechanical and flame retardant properties tester, aging test equipment and optical microscope. High-gloss heat-resistant flame-retardant PP with rapid crystallization was prepared.The research results show that phosphorus nitrogen bromine compound flame retardant (Br-N-P) adding 4 phr, thioether auxiliary antioxidant adding 0.3 phr, PP can achieve gloss 73, flame retardant grade V-2, and pass the glow wire flammability index at 750℃. Due to the difference in molecular structure, the semi-crystallization rate of PP is 24.3 s, the effect of nitrogen phosphorus intumescent flame retardant has the greatest influence on gloss, and the gloss is reduced by 41.2%, octabromoether and Br-N-P flame retardant have little effect on the gloss of PP, with the gloss of 76, 73, respectively, S-2 can greatly extend the time of powdering, 150℃ hot oxygen pulverization time is 37 d, while the effect of hindered amine antioxidant is poor. Under long-term 140℃ thermal oxygen aging, the tensile strength, flexural strength, and notched impact strength show different attenuation amplitudes, the notched impact strength decreases by a maximum of 35.6%, and the tensile strength and flexural strength decrease by 8.7% and 3.7%, respectively.
