摘要:将纳米立方氮化硼(CBN)粒子加入氰酸酯(CE)树脂单体中,以二月桂酸二丁基锡为引发剂,定量加入环氧树脂,制得CE/纳米CBN复合材料浇铸体。测试了复合材料浇铸体型材的力学性能、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和耐酸、碱腐蚀性能。结果表明,当纳米CBN粒子含量为CE树脂单体质量的5.0%时,复合材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度均达到最大值,分别达到15.92 kJ/m2和165.47 MPa,较纯CE树脂分别提高81.94%,95.82%;耐酸、碱腐蚀性能都达到最佳,强酸(浓H2SO4)、强碱(饱和NaOH)的腐蚀率分别为0.08%,0.06%,比CE树脂分别降低55.6%,76.0%;当纳米CBN粒子含量为6.0%时,复合材料的耐热性能得到改善,Tg为315.40℃,比纯CE树脂提高23.40%。 
Abstract:Cyanate ester (CE)/nano CBN composite casting bodys were prepared by adding nano cubic boron nitride (CBN) particles into CE resin monomers, using dibutyltin dilaurate as initiator and quantitative addition epoxy resin. The mechanical properties, glass transition temperature (Tg) and acid and alkali corrosion resistance of composite casting profiles were tested. The results show that when the content of nano CBN particles is 5.0% of the mass of CE resin monomers, the impact strength and bending strength of the composite reach the maximum value of 15.92 kJ/m2 and 165.47 MPa, which are 81.94% and 95.82% higher than those of pure CE resin, respectively, and the corrosion resistance of the composite to acid and alkali is the best, and the corrosion rates of high concentration acid (H2SO4) and high concentration alkali (NaOH) is 0.08% and 0.06%, which are 55.6% and 76.0% lower than those of pure CE resin, respectively. When the content of nano CBN particles is 6.0% of the mass of CE resin monomers, the heat resistance of the composite is improved, and Tg is 315.40℃, which is 23.40% higher than that of pure CE resin.
