摘要:采用硅烷偶联剂对玻璃纤维(GF)进行表面改性,制得改性GF。采用苯乙基桥链9,10-二氧-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DiDOPO)对EP进行阻燃,制备EP/GF/DiDOPO复合材料。通过极限氧指数(LOI)测试、垂直燃烧测试、锥形量热仪测试以及热失重分析测试对EP/GF/DiDOPO复合材料的阻燃性能、热稳定性进行研究,同时测试了材料的力学性能。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂对GF实现接枝改性;DiDOPO的添加提高了复合材料的阻燃性能,添加质量分数10%的DiDOPO使复合材料的阻燃等级达到UL94 V-1级,热释放速率峰值降低到893 kW/m2,下降了38.5%;随着DiDOPO含量的增加,复合材料的最大热分解速率显著下降,当添加DiDOPO质量分数为10%时,复合材料的最大热分解速率下降到13.9%/min,降幅达43.3%;同时添加DiDOPO也提高了复合材料的力学性能。 
Abstract:Glass fiber (GF) was modified by silane coupling agent. Epoxy resin (EP)/GF/DiDOPO composites were prepared by adding GF and phenethyl bridged 9,10-dioxo-9-oxo-10-phosphenanthrene-10-oxide (DiDOPO). The flame retardancy and thermal stability of EP/GF/DiDOPO composites were studied by limiting oxygen index (LOI) test, vertical combustion test, cone calorimeter test and thermogravimetric analysis. Then the mechanical properties of composites were also tested. The results show that the graft modification of GF is realized by silane coupling agent. The addition of DiDOPO improves the flame-retardant properties of composites, adding DiDOPO with mass fraction of 10% makes the flame retardant grade of composite reach UL94 V-1 level, and the peak heat release rate is reduced to 893 kW/m2, decreased by 38.5%. With the increase of DiDOPO content, the maximum thermal decomposition rate of composites decreased significantly. When the mass fraction of DiDOPO is 10%, the maximum thermal decomposition rate is reduced to 13.9%/min, decreased by 43.3%. The addition of DiDOPO can also improve the mechanical properties of the composites.
