降低辐射制冷膜光泽度研究

摘要:针对辐射制冷膜的高反射率易产生“光污染”从而应用范围被限制的问题,采用降低光泽度的方法以避免辐射制冷膜“光污染”产生,分别通过对表层基材乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物添加SiO2消光粉、聚碳酸酯(PC)微球粉和表面压花处理的方式对辐射制冷膜进行处理,分别测试未改性辐射制冷膜以及不同处理方式的辐射制冷膜表面光泽度、太阳能反射比、大气窗口(8~13 μm)发射率、实际制冷效果性能,研究不同处理方式对光泽度、辐射制冷性能的影响。结果表明,添加PC微球粉是最优的处理方式,可以将辐射制冷膜光泽度从631.4降到78.7,同时太阳能反射比从94.3%降低至93.2%,大气窗口发射率从92.9%提升至93.4%;添加PC微球粉的辐射制冷膜仍保持了良好的降温性能,在正午12点时仍比环境温度低2.4℃。 
Abstract:Due to "light pollution", the application of the high-reflectivity radiative cooling films are limited in some situation.The gloss of the film is reduced to avoid "light pollution". SiO2 matting powder, polycarbonate (PC) microsphere powder addition, and surface embossing treatment on ethylene-tetra-fluoro-ethylene copolymer are used to reduce the gloss of the radiative cooling films, respectively. The surface gloss, solar reflectivity, atmospheric window (8-13 μm) emissivity, and actual radiative cooling performance of the unmodified radiative cooling film and the radiative cooling films treated by different treatments were tested respectively to study the effects of different treatments on the gloss and radiative cooling performance. The results show that among three methods, PC microsphere powder addition is the best one, which can reduce the gloss of radiative cooling film from 631.4 to 78.7. It slightly reduces the solar reflectivity from 94.3% to 93.2%, and the emissivity in atmospheric window range can be increased from 92.9% to 93.4%. The radiative cooling film with PC microsphere powder addition still maintains a good cooling performance and is lower than the ambient temperature by 2.4℃ at 12 noon.
