摘要:以聚丙烯、涤纶、锦纶、氨纶等回收材料为原料,分别通过密炼及团粒预处理工艺,再经挤出及注塑等步骤,制备涤纶/锦纶/氨纶混合纤维改性聚丙烯复合材料。通过力学性能对比,考察密炼及团粒预处理工艺对复合材料拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度、断裂延伸率、弯曲弹性模量等力学性能的影响;通过扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的断裂面微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,团粒预处理工艺制备的复合材料的力学性能优于密炼预处理工艺;扫描电子显微镜分析表明,采用团粒预处理工艺,复合材料断面被拔出纤维相对较少,纤维与PP基体之间结合比较牢固。 
Abstract:Recycled polypropylene, polyester, polyamide and spandex were used as raw materials, through internal mixing and pellet pretreatment process, after extrusion and injection molding process, polyester/polyamide/spandex mixed fiber modified polypropylene composites were prepared. Through the comparison of mechanical properties, the influences of the mixing and pellet pretreatment process on the tensile strength, bending strength, notched impact strength, elongation at break, bending modulus of elasticity of the composites were investigated. The microstructure of the fracture surface of the prepared material was characterized by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the mechanical properties of the composites prepared by pellet pretreatment are better than those by internal mixing process. Scanning electron microscope analysis show that there are less fibers pulled out from the cross-section of the composites prepared by the pellet pretreatment process, and the bonding between the fibers and PP matrix is relatively firm.
