摘要:针对内环槽管接头塑件的注射成型,设计了一副两板冷、热流道无顶出机构简化型注塑模具。为实现塑件内壁的成型与脱模,设计了2个特殊脱模机构,其中一个机构为两次、四向抽芯机构,另一个机构为滑块浮动顶出两次脱模机构。两次、四向抽芯机构的脱模原理为,首先通过油缸带动滑块做第一次抽芯动作,完成管内壁圆环凹槽的四向抽芯脱模;而后,滑块继续抽芯,实现其余部分内壁的第二次侧抽芯动作。滑块浮动顶出两次脱模机构的原理为,首先通过升举油缸将滑块机构整体浮动顶出,实现塑件外壁在型芯上的第一次脱模;然后再通过侧抽芯油缸将管内型芯从塑件内壁中抽出,实现剩余外壁的第二次脱模,从而达到整个塑件自动脱模的目的。所选用的分型及布局设置能有效简化模具、脱模机构的结构,降低模具设计难度。 
Abstract:Aiming at the injection molding of inner ring groove pipe joint plastic part, a kind of two plate cold and hot runner simplified injection mould without ejection mechanism was designed. In order to realize the molding and demoulding of the inner wall of the plastic part, two special demoulding mechanisms were designed, one of which was the two-time and four-directions core pulling mechanism, and the other was the two-time demoulding mechanism of slider floating ejection. The demoulding principle of the two-times and four-directions core pulling mechanism is: first, the hydro-cylinder drives the slider to do the first core pulling action to complete the four-directions core pulling demoulding of the ring groove of the inner wall of the pipe, then, the slider continues to core pulling to achieve the second side core pulling action of the other inner walls. The principle of the two times demoulding mechanism of slider floating ejection is: first, the whole sliding block mechanism is ejected by lifting hydro-cylinder to realize the first demoulding of the outer wall of the plastic part on the core, then, the inner core of the pipe is pulled out from the inner wall of the plastic part by side core pulling hydro-cylinder to realize the second demoulding of the remaining outer walls, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic demoulding of the whole plastic part. The selected parting and layout settings can effectively simplify the structures of mould and demoulding mechanism and reduce the difficulty of mould design.
