固相拉伸对PBS/PCL共混物力学及氧气阻隔性能的影响

摘要:利用熔融共混制备聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)/聚己内酯(PCL)共混物,并通过固相拉伸处理纯PBS及不同配比的PBS/PCL共混物,采用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、热分析仪、万能试验机及薄膜渗透仪等测试了固相拉伸前后纯PBS及一系列PBS/PCL共混物的断面形貌、结晶性能、热稳定性、力学和氧气阻隔性能。结果表明,固相拉伸前,纯PBS和PCL质量分数为10%的PBS/PCL共混物断面呈现韧性断裂形态,固相拉伸后的纯PBS及PBS/PCL共混物的断面呈现出显著的取向结构;固相拉伸后,纯PBS和共混物的结晶度、拉伸屈服强度和拉伸弹性模量均明显提高,氧气透过系数和初始热分解温度降低,断裂伸长率则显著降低。同时,与未固相拉伸的PCL质量分数为10%的PBS/PCL共混物相比,固相拉伸后,PCL质量分数为10%,15%,20%的PBS/PCL共混物的结晶度分别提高了13.11%,15.99%和13.03%,拉伸屈服强度分别提高了206.2%,188.5%和151.3%,拉伸弹性模量分别提高了62.3%,45.9%和33.2%,且氧气透过系数分别下降了20.8%,28.3%和34.9%。 
Abstract:Polybutylene succinate (PBS)/polycaprolactone (PCL) blends were prepared by melt-blending, and pure PBS and PBS/PCL blends with different component ratios were further processed by solid-stretching. And then, morphology, crystallization, thermal stability, mechanical and oxygen barrier properties of the pure PBS and a series of PBS/PCL blends before and after solid-stretching were tested by scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimeter, thermal analyzer, universal testing machine and film permeation meter. The results show that before solid-stretching, the fracture sections of pure PBS and PBS/PCL blend with 10wt% PCL show ductile fracture morphology, while the fracture sections of pure PBS and PBS/PCL blends after solid-stretching show significant orientation structure. After solid-stretching, the crystallinity, tensile yield strength and tensile modulus of pure PBS and PBS/PCL blends increase distinctly, oxygen permeability coefficient and initial thermal decomposition temperature decrease, elongation at break decrease significantly. Compared with the PBS/PCL blend with 10wt% PCL and without solid-stretching, the crystallinity of the PBS/PCL blend containing 10wt%, 15wt%, 20wt% PCL after solid-stretching increase by 13.11%, 15.99% and 13.03%, and their tensile yield strength increase by 206.2%, 188.5% and 151.3%, tensile modulus increase by 62.3%, 45.9% and 33.2%, oxygen permeability coefficient decrease by 20.8%, 28.3% and 34.9%, respectively.
