聚醚酯增塑剂对PCT复合材料综合性能的影响

摘要:以特性黏度分别为0.62,0.72 dL/g的聚对苯二甲酸-1,4环己烷二甲醇酯(PCT)为基体树脂,通过加入聚醚酯增塑剂、短切玻璃纤维和钛白粉等制备了两种LED反射支架用PCT复合材料,研究了聚醚酯增塑剂添加量对两种复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明,聚醚酯的加入可以明显降低复合材料的冷结晶温度,聚醚酯的添加量越多,冷结晶温度的降低幅度越大。当聚醚酯质量分数由0%达到2%时,冷结晶温度可由约118℃降低至约103℃,结晶性能得到明显改善。另外聚醚酯的添加对复合材料的流动性提高也有帮助,对力学性能则没有明显影响。但是聚醚酯的添加对复合材料的耐高温变色性能有负面作用,尤其是聚醚酯含量较高时。高黏度PCT复合材料具有较高的力学性能,但耐高温变色性能和加工流动性差于低黏度PCT复合材料。 
Abstract:Based on poly(terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol) (PCT) resin with intrinsic viscosity of 0.62 dL/g and 0.72 dL/g, through adding polyetherester plasticizer, chopped glass fiber and Titanium dioxide, two PCT composites used for LED reflector were prepared. Effects of the contents of polyetherester on the general properties of the composites were studied. The results show that polyetherester can apparently declined the cold crystallization temperature of the composite. A more amount of polyetherester can lead to a lower cold crystallization temperature. The cold crystallization temperature decreases from about 118℃ to about 103℃ when the content of polyetherester increases from 0wt% to 2wt%, the crystallization property is dramatically improved. When polyetherester was introduced, the flowability is improved, while the mechanical properties were merely affected, however the high temperature anti-discoloration ability is diminished especially when a more amount of polyetherester is used. The high viscosity PCT composites have high mechanical properties, but its high temperature anti-discoloration ability and processing flowability are worse than those of low viscosity PCT composites.
