摘要:以立体光固化(SLA)成型光敏树脂成型件的收缩率作为衡量指标,通过正交试验研究了工艺参数对某国产光敏树脂SLA成型精度的影响。首先通过控制变量法分别研究了激光功率、扫描间距、分层厚度变化对其成型精度的影响及变化规律,然后利用综合平衡法原则对正交试验结果进行分析,确定了最优的工艺参数组合,最后在最优条件下进行SLA成型实验,以确定光敏树脂SLA成型的模型尺寸修正系数。结果表明,以成型件的X向、Y向及Z向的成型精度作为衡量指标,最优的工艺参数组合为激光功率350 mW,扫描速度3500 mm/s,分层厚度0.1 mm;计算得出X向、Y向及Z向的成型尺寸收缩修正系数分别为1.001,1.002和0.992,在最优条件下使用修正后的模型进行SLA成型验证试验,得出该成型件的各向成型尺寸精度分别为-0.01%,-0.11%和0.43%。 
Abstract:Taking the shrinkage rate of photosensitive resin molded parts formed by stereo lithography appearance (SLA) as a measure index, the influences of process parameters on the SLA forming accuracy of a domestic photosensitive resin were studied through orthogonal experiment. Firstly, the influences and change rules of laser power, scanning distance and layer thickness on its forming accuracy were studied respectively by control variable method, and then the optimal process parameters were determined by using the principle of comprehensive balance method for analyzing the results of orthogonal experiment, at last, in the optimal condition, and the molding model size correction coefficients of the photosensitive resin were determined by the SLA molding experiment. The results show that, taking the forming accuracy of X-direction, Y-direction and Z-direction as the measurement index, the optimal combination of process parameters is as follows: laser power 350 mW, scanning speed 3 500 mm/s, layer thickness 0.1 mm. The calculation results show that the shrinkage correction coefficients of X-direction, Y-direction and Z-direction size are 1.001, 1.002 and 0.992 respectively. Under the optimal conditions, the modified model is used to carry out SLA molding verification test, and the dimensional accuracy of the molding part in each direction is obtained, which are -0.01%, -0.11% and 0.43% respectively.
