摘要:以某车型汽车车灯边框薄壁件为例,根据制件尺寸大、卡扣数量较多且方向不一致以及整体弧形结构的特点,设计了一套开放式热流道成型的多向复杂侧抽芯注塑模具。采用内侧抽芯机构+外侧抽芯机构同时抽芯,解决了多向卡扣脱模困难的问题;采用“斜顶+顶块+顶杆”组合式脱模机构,解决了薄壁件推出时易产生顶痕及变形的问题;采用7组随型冷却水路,解决了弧形结构件难以冷却均匀的问题。模具结构紧凑、设计合理、成型周期短,在实际生产中工作稳定,制件尺寸能够达到精度要求。 
Abstract:Taking thin wall plastic parts of automobile lamp frame as an example, according to the structural characteristics of the parts, such as large size, relatively large quantities of multi-directional buckles and arc-shaped structure, a set of injection mould with complex multi-directional side core pulling for open-ended hot runner molding was designed. Inner and outer simultaneous side core-pulling mechanisms were used to solve the problem of difficult demoulding in multi-directional buckles position. By adopting "angled ejector+ejector block+ejector pin" combined demoulding mechanism, the problem of easy to produce the ejection mark and the deformation was solved when thin wall parts was pushed out. The problem of uniform cooling of arc-shaped structural parts was solved by adopting 7 groups of conformal cooling water circuit. The mould structure is compact and the design is reasonable, the molding cycle is shorten, which ensures the stability of the mould working in actual production, the dimensional accuracy of the molded plastic parts can meet the precision requirement.
