摘要:根据咖啡机杯体外壳塑件的结构特点,设计了一种哈夫滑块两板式注塑模具。对于模具浇注系统,使用2个内侧浇口进行均衡浇注,使用2个弹料块推动流道废料脱模。针对塑件外壁的脱模困难问题,使用了2个改进型哈夫滑块机构、2个定模先抽芯机构来实施外壁的脱模。塑件的完全脱模由动模板推出来实现。模具分四次分型打开:第一次用于2个定模先抽芯机构的驱动,第二次用于左、右哈夫滑块上的先抽芯机构的抽芯;第三次为哈弗滑块的侧抽芯打开;第四次为动模板顶出,以推动塑件完全脱模。对哈夫滑块机构所进行的改进设计,使其具备了多向抽芯功能,避免了复杂抽芯机构的设计,有效地简化了模具结构。 
Abstract:A two-plate injection mould with half slides was designed according to the structure characteristic of cup body shell plastic part of coffee machine. For the gating system of the mould, two inner side-gates were used for balanced gating and two spring block were used to push the runner waste for demoulding. In view of the difficulty in demoulding the outer wall of the plastic part, two improved half slide mechanisms and two first core-pulling mechanisms in fixed mould were used for demoulding of the outer wall. The complete demoulding of the plastic part was realized by pushing the moving mould plate. The opening actions of the mould were divided into four steps: the first step was used to drive two first core-pulling mechanisms in fixed mould, the second was used for core pulling of first core-pulling mechanisms on left and right half slide blocks, the third was used for side core pulling opening of half slide block, the fourth was used for ejection of moving mould plate for demoulding the plastic part completely. The improved design of half slider mechanism makes it has multi-directional core pulling function, avoids the complex design of core-pulling mechanism, and effectively simplifies the mould structure.
