摘要:以聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)树脂瓶坯为实例,研究了三板式冷流道注塑瓶坯模具的结构设计方法。针对瓶坯口部的外螺纹、瓶身透明且主体无脱模斜度和PET结晶速率慢等特点,对哈夫滑块和弯销组成的延时侧抽芯机构设计方法、推件板推出与侧抽芯运动的耦合关联、型芯冷却水路优化方案进行了深入的阐述。另外还讨论了分型面的设置和成型零件的结构选型、三板模多次分型的工作原理。该设计方法对同类结构塑件的注塑模具设计具有参考价值。 
Abstract:Taking a bottle preform made of PET resin as an example, the structure design method of the bottle preform injection mould composed of three-plate and cold runner was studied. Aiming at the characteristics of the external thread at the mouth of the bottle preform, the transparent bottle body with no draft angle and the slow PET crystallization rate, the design method of the delayed side core-pulling mechanism with a pair of half slides and an angular cam, the coupling relationship between the ejection process by the stripper plate and the side core-pulling movement, and the optimization scheme of the cooling water circuit in the cores were elaborated in detail. The setting of parting surface, the structure selection of molded parts and the working principle of multiple parting for a three-plate mould were also discussed. The design method provides a good reference for the design of injection moulds of plastic parts with similar structure.
