摘要:将磷石膏(PG)经过一定的预处理后,按不同质量分数(20%,30%,40%,50%)与聚丙烯(PP)进行熔融共混,制得PP/PG复合材料。通过力学测试、差示扫描量热(DSC)仪、X射线衍射(XRD)仪、热变形温度(HDT)等分析测试,研究不同填充含量的磷石膏对PP结构与性能的影响。结果表明,添加一定量的PG能够提高PP/PG复合材料的韧性。添加不同量的PG使PP/PG复合材料的HDT均有不同程度的提高。PG对PP有异相成核作用,且能够提高PP材料α晶的成核效率。
Abstract:Phosphogypsum (PG) was preprocessed by certain method. PG was fused with polypropylene (PP) in different proportions (20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) to produce PP/PG composite. The influence of different filling content of phosphogypsum on the structure and performance of PP was studied through mechanical properties, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal deformation (HDT) and other tests. The results show that a certain amount of PG can improve the toughness of PP/PG composite. The HDT of PP/PG composites with different additives are improved to different degrees. PG has heterogeneous nucleation effect on PP and it can improve the α-crystal nucleation efficiency of PP material.
