摘要:采用高洁净溴化异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯共聚物(BIMSM)和热塑性苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙嵌段共聚物(SEBS)为原料,通过动态硫化技术,成功制备了一种药用动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPV),并对其化学性能、物理力学性能、热稳定性及耐辐照性能进行了考察。结果表明,TPV表现出了优异的耐高温、耐辐照和物理力学性能,可以满足药用胶塞、护帽相关的药包材料YBB00042005-2015标准要求。
Abstract:A medicinal thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) was prepared by dynamic vulcanization technology, brominated isobutylene paramethyl-styrene copolymers (BIMSM) and styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS) thermoplastic copolymers were used as raw materials. The chemical properties, physical mechanical properties, thermal stability and radiation resistance of obtained TPV were studied. The results show that TPV exhibits excellent high temperature resistance, radiation resistance and physical mechanical properties, which meets the YBB00042005-2015 standard requirements for medicinal packaging materials, and can be used for packaging materials such as medicinal rubber plugs, lids, etc.
