摘要:采用硅烷偶联剂改性埃洛石纳米管,通过熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸/改性埃洛石纳米管(PLA/m-HNTs)纳米复合材料,研究了m-HNTs含量对PLA/m-HNTs纳米复合材料微观结构、结晶行为、流变性能以及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,当m-HNTs质量分数不高于2%时,m-HNTs能够均匀分散在PLA基体中。m-HNTs能够有效促进PLA的结晶能力,提高了PLA/m-HNTs纳米复合材料的熔点和结晶度,但晶型未改变仍为α晶。PLA/m-HNTs复合材料的黏度呈现“剪切变稀”行为,并且剪切黏度随m-HNTs含量呈现出先增加后降低的变化趋势。PLA/m-HNTs复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随m-HNTs含量的增加呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,缺口冲击强度呈现出与拉伸性能同样的变化趋势,当m-HNTs质量分数为2 %时,复合材料的缺口冲击强度达到最大值3.5 kJ/m2。
Abstract:Silane coupling agent was used to modify halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) and polylactic acid/modified halloysite nanotubes (PLA/m-HNTs) nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending. The effects of m-HNTs content on the microstructure, crystallization behavior, rheological and mechanical properties of PLA/m-HNTs nanocomposites were investigated. The results show that m-HNTs can be dispersed in the PLA matrix uniformly when the mass fraction of m-HNTs is not more than 2%. Crystallization ability of PLA is improved effectively by the addition of m-HNTs, and the melting point and crystallinity of PLA/m-HNTs nanocomposites are increased while the crystal form is still α crystal without change. The viscosity of PLA/m-HNTs composites show a shear thinning behavior, and the shear viscosity increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of m-HNTs content. The tensile strength and elongation at break of PLA/m-HNTs composites show a tendency to increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of m-HNTs content. The impact strength shows the same trend as the tensile properties. When the content of m-HNTs is 2wt%, the impact strength of PLA/m-HNTs composites reaches the maximum value of 3.5 kJ/m2.
