摘要:以聚碳酸酯(PC)为基体材料,对影响PC材料韧性和流动性的因素进行了系统的考察。研究发现不同的增韧剂体系对PC的低温缺口冲击强度和流动性的影响较大,其中有机硅系增韧剂在低温缺口冲击强度、熔体流动速率方面均有较好的表现。采用低熔点的聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯改性的PC合金能够有效地提高PC材料的流动性能。通过对PC材料的配方体系的优化,可以得到具有高韧性(53.6 kJ/m2)、高流动性(19.2 g/10 min)的改性PC材料。 
Abstract:Taking polycarbonate (PC) as matrix material, the factors influencing the toughness and fluidity of PC were systematically investigated. It is found that different toughening agent have great influence on the low temperature impact strength and fluidity of the PC. The silicone toughening agent has good performance in low temperature impact strength and fluidity. Using low melting point polybutylene terephthalate can effectively improve the fluidity of the material. Through the optimization of the formulation, modified PC with high toughness (53.6 kJ/m2
