大曲率复合材料制件用国产高伸级对位芳纶纸性能

摘要:针对国产高伸级对位芳纶纸开展了一系列物理性能、力学性能、结构性能表征,并与传统蜂窝制造用NOMEX?T412芳纶纸进行了对比,对国产高伸级对位芳纶纸用于蜂窝芯材制备的工艺适应性进行了研究。结果表明,国产高伸级对位芳纶纸的横向抗张强度较NOMEX?T412芳纶纸提高了150%,纸张结构疏松,具有吸水性和透气度大、热尺寸稳定性好的特点。相同涂胶工艺制造蜂窝叠层板时,高伸级对位芳纶纸具有更高的纸张吸胶量,芯条胶宽度小、节点强度偏低;蜂窝浸渍过程同样具有较高的吸胶量。高伸级对位芳纶纸基蜂窝可实现大曲率变形,适用于大曲率复合材料制件制造。通过高伸级对位芳纶纸性能表征,为高伸级对位芳纶纸基蜂窝芯材制备工艺提供优化指导。
Abstract:Compared with NOMEX®T412 meta-aramid paper, the physical property, mechanical property, and surface structure property of domestic PCF45 high-elongation para-aramid paper were shown. Futhermore, the adaptability of printing and dipping processes for domestic PCF45 high-elongation para-aramid paper was studied. The results reflect that compared with meta-aramid paper, the transverse tensile strength of domestic high-elongation para-aramid is increased by 150%, and the domestic high-elongation para-aramid paper shows higher characteristics in easy water absorption, air permeability and thermal dimensional stability. Under the same dipping process, the amount of resin absorption is larger and the speed of resin absorption is faster than T412 honeycomb. The PCF45 honeycomb can realize large curvature R-zone deformation, which is suitable for manufacturing large curvature composites. According to these work above, it provides guidance for domestic PCF45 application in honeycomb.
