摘要:针对聚酯塑钢线户外使用的环境要求及力学性能要求,选用紫外线吸收剂UV-360,采用液体冷却及多级拉伸工艺纺制高强抗紫外聚酯塑钢线。结果表明,UV-360的添加明显减少聚酯塑钢线人工加速老化后的黏度降,当其质量分数为0.4%时,在人工加速老化300?h后的残留断裂强度达3.90 cN/dtex;当冷却温度为50℃,空气高度为30 cm,冷却长度为300 cm时,制得的抗老化聚酯塑钢带的断裂强度为4.66 cN/dtex,圆整度为99.3%,氙灯加速老化300 h后强度保持率为95.8%,综合性能佳。
Abstract:In view of the environmental requirements and mechanical properties of polyester plastic wire used outdoors, the UV absorbent UV-360 agent was selected and the high-strength anti-UV polyester plastic wire was spun by liquid cooling and multi-stage drawing process. The results show that the addition of UV-360 significantly reduces the viscosity drop after artificial accelerated aging of polyester plastic wire. When the mass fraction is 0.4%, the residual breaking strength reaches 3.90 cN/dtex after 300 h of artificial accelerated aging. When the cooling temperature of water is 50℃, the air height is 30 cm, cooling length was 300 cm, the breaking strength of anti-aging polyester plastic wire is 4.66 cN/dtex, the roundness is 99.3%, the strength retention after 300 h accelerated aging by the xenon lamp is 95.8%, and comprehensive performance is better.
