摘要:在汽车座椅储物盒结构分析的基础上,采用UG软件完成产品的三维模型和分型设计,并设计气压控制针阀式喷嘴的热流道模具。阐述了其关键结构的设计过程和计算方法;运用注射成型分析软件Moldflow,对热流道浇注系统进行模流分析,确定浇注系统。模具的热流道结构设计原理可成功用于生产实践。
Abstract:Based on the structural analysis of car seat storage box, 3D model of part and its hot runner injection mold in which a kind of needle injector controlled by air pressure device are designed by UG software and its designing process and computing method elaborated; apart from that the software of Moldflow is applied for simulating of mold gating system and gating system is determined with it. The method of design principle for hot runner injection mold can be applied to productive practice.
