摘要:利用正交试验方法研究了热处理工艺参数对熔融沉积成型聚醚醚酮(PEEK)试样力学性能的影响。对保温温度、升温速率和保温时间影响因素下PEEK试样的力学性能进行对比分析,研究现有条件下最优热处理工艺参数。采用差示扫描量热法测试典型PEEK试样的结晶度,通过微米X射线三维成像系统扫描典型PEEK试样三维CT数据并使用VG Studio MAX 3.0.2软件计算其孔隙率,从微观角度分析力学性能变化的原因。结果表明,保温温度对PEEK试样拉伸强度的影响最大,升温速率次之,保温时间最小。最佳工艺参数组合为:保温温度300℃,升温速率8℃/min,保温时间210 min,在该条件下PEEK试样热处理后的结晶度为29.80%,拉伸强度为100.29 MPa,较热处理前分别提高了86.95%和53.56%。 
Abstract:The effects of the heat treatment process parameters on the mechanical properties of polyetheretherketone (PEEK)specimens by fused deposition modeling was studied by the orthogonal test. The mechanical properties of PEEK specimens were contrasted and analyzed under the influence factors of holding temperature, heating rate and holding time, which was studied to obtain optimal process parameters of heat treatment under existing conditions. The crystallinity of classic PEEK specimens was tested by differential scanning calorimetry, the porosity of classic PEEK was analyzed by the software of VG Studio MAX 3.0.2 using the 3D CT data that was scanned by the three-dimesional imaging system of Micron X-ray and analyzing the reasons for change of the mechanical properties via the micro perspective of the PEEK specimens. The results show that holding temperature is the most significant effect on tensile strength of PEEK specimens, heating rate is the second and holding time is the least factor in the three influence factors. The optimal process parameters of heat treatment are the holding temperature is 300℃, the heating rate is 8℃/min and the holding time is 210 min. After the heat treatment of this parameters, the crystallinity of PEEK specimen is 29.80%, the tensile strength is 100.29 MPa, which are improved by 86.95% and 53.58% respectively compared with those before the heat treatment.
