摘要:针对聚丙烯(PP)滤板生产和应用过程中出现的应力开裂问题,展开玻璃纤维(GF)增强PP (GFRP)复合材料的制备及性能研究。以均聚PP (hPP)和共聚PP (cPP)为基体,通过添加GFRP母粒,采用熔融共混挤出的方法制备GFRP复合材料,考察了不同基体及GF含量变化对复合材料力学性能、结晶性能和耐溶剂性的影响。结果表明,GF能够提高所有PP复合材料的拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量,但降低了断裂伸长率;GF还能够提高hPP的冲击强度,但会降低cPP的冲击强度;随着GF含量增加,hPP和cPP等比例混合基体的复合材料的力学性能接近两种基体的复合材料性能平均值;添加适量的GF还可提高PP的结晶度和耐溶剂性;滤板中GF质量分数不低于8%时综合性能较好。 
Abstract:The preparation and properties of glass fiber (GF) reinforced polypropylene (PP) (GFRP) composites were studied in view of the stress cracking problems in the production and application of PP filter plates. The GFRP composite was prepared by melt blending extrusion with homo-polypropylene (hPP) and co-polypropylene (cPP) as raw materials. The effects of different matrix and GF content on the mechanical properties, crystallization properties and solvent resistance of composites were studied.The results show that the addition of GF can improve the tensile strength and modulus, and reduce the total elongation under maximum force for all composite specimens. Experimental data also reveals that GF can also improve the impact strength of hPP based composite, but reduce that of cPP based composite. With the increase of GF content, the mechanical properties of the composites with the same proportion of hPP and cPP are closer to the average value of hPP/GF and cPP/GF. Test data also show that crystallinity and swelling resistance of PP increase in appropriate GF content. On the other hand, when GF content in the filter plate is not less than 8%, the comprehensive performance is better.
