摘要:采用静电纺丝及热压成型方法,制备一类柔性压电聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)薄膜。采用扫描电子显微镜、差示量热扫描分析、X射线衍射分析和红外吸收光谱分析对不同温度和压力热压处理的PVDF薄膜进行表征,探究了热压温度和压力对PVDF纤维薄膜形貌、化学结构和结晶行为的影响。采用自建的压电响应测试模块对不同温度和压力热压处理的PVDF薄膜的压电响应性能进行表征。研究结果表明,在热压处理的温度低于PVDF热变形温度的范围内,随着热压条件中温度和压力的上升,PVDF薄膜的结晶度、β相含量提高,压电响应性能随之提升。当温度为145℃、压力为10 MPa时,结晶度和β相相对含量达到最高,分别为55.93%和86.91%;PVDF薄膜的压电性能也最优异,开路电压为0.397 V,平均电流密度为3.07 nA/cm2。 
Abstract:Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric flims were prepared by electrospinning and hot-pressing method. The effects of hot-pressing temperature and pressure on the fracture surface, chemical structure and crystallization behavior of films were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, differential calorimetry, X-ray diffraction and infrared absorption spectroscopy. The piezoelectric response properties of PVDF films treated by hot-pressing at different temperatures and pressures were characterized by a self-built piezoelectric response test module. The result shows that when the temperature of hot pressing treatment is lower than the thermal deformation temperature of PVDF, with the increase of temperature and pressure in hot pressing condition, the content of crystallinity β phase of PVDF film increases, and the piezoelectric response performance improves accordingly. When temperature is 145℃and pressure of hot-pressing is 10 MPa, the crystallization and relative βphase content of PVDF film reach the highest value, which are 55.93% and 86.91%, respectively; in the meantime, the piezoelectric properties of this sample are best, the output voltage is 0.397 V and the current density is 3.07 nA/cm2
