摘要:以聚对苯二甲酸己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)为基材,添加扩链剂2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(双二五)、碳酸钙和淀粉等,通过转矩流变仪熔融共混制备了改性PBAT材料,研究了双二五用量对材料加工性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当双二五质量分数不低于0.5%时,转矩随时间增加呈现先增大后减小、然后又增大的变化趋势;随着双二五用量增加,材料在480 s时的扭矩明显增加。材料的最佳配方(质量分数)为PBAT 58.5%,碳酸钙20%,玉米淀粉20%,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯蜡1%,双二五0.5%,其拉伸强度为9.5 MPa、断裂伸长率为336.4%、撕裂强度为45.8 N/mm。在最佳配方下,通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备了PBAT基3D打印材料,然后采用单螺杆3D线材挤出机制备了3D打印线材,在打印温度为180℃、打印速度为5 mm/s的条件下进行熔融沉积3D打印,制备出椭圆孔洞完整、外观和内表面光滑的上肢固定器,在骨折固定和康复治疗领域具有良好的应用前景。 
Abstract:Using polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) as the base material, adding chain extender 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane (bis 25), calcium carbonate, starch, etc. as modifiers, and the modified PBAT materials were prepared by melt blending with torque rheometer. The effects of the contents of bis 25 on the processing properties and mechanical properties of the materials were studied. When the mass fraction of bis 25 is no lower than 0.5%, as time increases, the torque shows a trend of first increasing then decreasing, and then increasing again. The torque of the material increases significantly at 480 s with the increase of the content of chain extender bis 25. The best formula (mass fraction) for the modified PBAT material is that PBAT 58.5%, calcium carbonate 20%, corn starch 20%, ethylene-vinyl acetate wax 1%, chain extender bis 25 0.5%, its tensile strength is 9.5 MPa, elongation at break is 336.4%, tear strength is 45.8 N/mm. Under the best formula, the PBAT-based 3D printing material was prepared by melt blending with a twin-screw extruder, and a 3D printing filament was prepared by a single-screw 3D filament extruder. The fused deposition 3D printing was performed under the conditions of temperature at 180℃ and printing speed of 5 mm/s, then an upper limb fixator with a complete oval hole, smooth appearance and inner surface was prepared, which has a good application prospect in the field of fracture fixation and rehabilitation.
