摘要:根据塑料薄膜收卷张力控制系统具有非线性、强耦合性等特点同时为了解决各种不可预估的扰动对系统影响的问题,以及弥补传统比例-积分-微分(PID)控制方法不足之处,通过分析收卷张力模型,提出线性自抗扰控制(LADRC)方法并进行控制器设计,对其核心部分(扩张状态观测器)进行描述分析并讨论控制器参数变化在频域与时域下对系统性能的影响效果。建立LADRC方式与传统PID控制方式张力控制系统模型并分析所需调节的具体参数,将两种控制方法进行仿真对比以验证LADRC方法的优势所在并研究不同干扰下LADRC方法对系统的影响。仿真结果显示,LADRC方法具有优异的抗干扰性、快速性、稳定性和对干扰估计补偿的能力,相对PID控制器,LADRC控制器对薄膜张力收卷过程中恒定性和鲁棒性的控制效果较为明显。 
Abstract:According to the characteristics of the plastic film winding constant tension control system, such as non-linearity and strong coupling, and in order to solve the problems of the influences of various unpredictable disturbances on the system and avoid the shortcomings of the traditional Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control method, through the analysis of the winding tension model, the linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) method was proposed and the controller design was carried out. The core part (extended state observer) was described and analyzed, and the influences of the controller parameter changes on the system performance in the frequency domain and the time domain were discussed. The tension control system models of LADRC mode and traditional PID control mode were established and the specific parameters that need to be adjusted were analyzed. The two control methods were simulated and compared to verify the advantages of LADRC method and study the effect of LADRC method on the system under different interferences. The simulation results show that the anti-disturbance, rapidness, stability, and the ability to estimate and compensate the interference of the LADRC method are perfectly displayed, the control effects of LADRC controller on the constancy and robustness of film tension winding process are obvious compared to the PID controller.
