摘要:针对过桥弯管的结构特点,根据弯管内孔的曲率大小,设计了双向对开的圆弧抽芯机构。针对圆弧抽芯结构块较大和抽芯弧线较长的特点,采用了六棱柱轴结构的连接形式,保证了圆弧抽芯机构回转中心和驱动中心的重合;引入齿轮齿条的传动形式,充分保证了圆弧抽芯机构精确、可靠的动作过程;通过液压缸的驱动实现了过桥弯管的全自动注塑生产。为保证圆弧抽芯过程中产品的正确位置,在产品两端设计了法兰凸缘;通过Moldflow的分析,采用截面矩形侧浇口的浇注系统,以保证型腔的快速、完全充填;通过在产品端部增设扁平结构,留出顶杆的足够位置,以保证得到无痕顶出、完好外观的产品。在整个设计过程中,使用UG软件对圆弧抽芯机构的运动过程实施了模拟仿真,大幅提高了模具设计的一次成功率。  
Abstract:According to the structural characteristics of the bridge elbow and the curvature of the inner hole of the elbow, a bidirectional opening arc core-pulling mechanism was designed. According to the characteristics of large arc core-pulling structure block and long core-pulling arc line, the connection form of hexagonal prism axis structure was adopted for ensuring the coincidence of rotation center and driving center of the arc core-pulling mechanism. The transmission form of rack and pinion which can achieve the precise and reliable action process of the arc core-pulling mechanism was introduced. The fully automatic injection molding production process of the bridge elbow was realized through being drove by the hydraulic cylinder. In order to ensure the correct position of the product during the arc core-pulling process, the flange washers were designed at both ends of the product. By analyzing with the Moldflow, the gating system of edge gate which can fill the cavity quickly and completely was used. By adding a flat structure at the end of the product, enough position of the ejector was left to ensure the product with traceless ejection and good appearance. The first-time success rate of mould design was improved greatly by using UG software to simulate motion process of the arc core-pulling mechanism throughout the design process.
