摘要:利用喷雾干燥法得到了铜负载氧化石墨烯(Cu@GO),并通过高速混合、挤出、注塑工艺成功制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)/Cu@GO抗菌复合材料。观察了Cu@GO抗菌颗粒在PC中的分散情况,探究了不同Cu@GO添加量下PC复合材料的力学及抗菌性能。结果表明,Cu@GO在PC基体中分散均匀,没有出现明显团聚。添加适量的Cu@GO能够提高PC的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和压缩强度。Cu@GO有效地提升了PC的抗菌性,当Cu@GO质量分数为0.1%时,PC对大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别为99.8%和99.9%,当其质量分数大于0.2%时,PC对两种细菌的抗菌率均超过99.9%。 
Abstract:Copper-loaded graphene oxide (Cu@GO) was prepared by spray drying method, and polycarbonate (PC)/Cu@GO antibacterial composites were successfully prepared by high-speed mixing, extrusion and injection molding processes. The dispersion of antibacterial particles in PC was observed, the effects of different amounts of addition on the mechanical strength of PC were investigated, and the antibacterial properties of PC with different contents of Cu@GO were compared. The results show that the copper/graphene oxide is uniformly dispersed in the PC matrix without obvious agglomeration. Adding an appropriate amount of copper/graphene oxide can increase the tensile strength, flexural strength and compressive strength of PC. Cu@GO effectively improves the antibacterial properties of PC. When the addition amount is 0.1wt%, the antibacterial rates of PC against E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus are 99.8% and 99.9%, respectively. When the addition amount is greater than 0.2wt%, the antibacterial rates of PC against both kinds of bacteria are more than 99.9%.
